Our Projects
SAYBC is currently running several flagship projects aimed at achieving its mission. These projects are designed to empower youth entrepreneurs, foster economicfreedom, and advocate for policy reforms that create a level playing field for all.
Cape to Cairo Free Markets Policy
The Cape to Cairo Free Markets Policy advocates for a seamless integratedmarket across Africa, promoting economic cooperation and free trade. This initiative seeks to remove trade barriers, facilitating cross-border business activity. It positions youth entrepreneurs to benefit from regional integration under AfCFTA.
Scrapping BEE Campaign
One of our most significant initiatives, the Scrapping BEE Campaign, is a national movement advocating for the end of Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) policies. This campaign calls for new reforms that are based on merit, market access, and creating equal opportunities for all entrepreneurs, regardless of race. It promotes real empowerment through free market principles.
AfCFTA Youth Trade Mission
The AfCFTA Youth Trade Mission project exposes youth-led businesses to continental markets, enhancing their capacity to compete across Africa. By participating in trade missions, youngentrepreneurs gain insight into regional market dynamics and opportunities. Theproject strengthens trade relations and expands market access for youth entrepreneurs.
SAYBC Capital Platform
The SAYBC Capital Platform connects youth businesses with private investors and equity partners, helping them secure the capital needed to grow. This platform provides access to a pool of investors who are eager to support youth entrepreneurship. It enables businesses to scale quickly and effectively through financial partnerships.
We look forward to building Africa’s future together – One business at a time.
